It is with the deepest regret I am compelled to refer to Your Lordship the following particulars relating to my removal from the post of Valuator in this Colony. In reading our Government Gazette of the 17th instant, I was much surprised to see in it a Notification of the appointment of Messrs. Barff and Makar as valuators for the present year.
